Pakistan Boasts of Playing Major Role in Fragile Ceasefire between US, IRAN

Pakistan has acted as an intermediary between IRAN and US over the last few weeks, passing message between the two countries.

Pakistan’s prime minister, shehbaz sharif announced that a ceasefire has been agreed on and inviting the two sides to meet in Islamabad on Friday, 10 April to further negotiate for a conclusive agreement.

In an interview with newsmen, Pakistan source said that there is still continued fragility to the situation.

However, there is still no trust between the two sides, with strong entrenched positions.
