The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Ondo State Chapter has hailed Viral FM for changing the narrative of broadcast media in the state.
Ondo State NUJ chairman, Leke Adegbite made the admonition as Viral FM team played homage to the journalists organizing body in the state at the NUJ Press Center, Akure.
The NUJ chairman eulogized Viral FM’s choice of personnel paraded by the station, which portrays professionals but saluted the team over the familiarization visit.
Adegbite advised the station to be fair in dealing with issues and to also shun sentiment in the state as he expressed NUJ’s readiness to assist the organization when the need arises.
Earlier, the General of Viral FM, Remi Olagokun sought the cooperation of the Nigeria Union of Journalists and partnership for the station to excel.
Also, the Marketing Manager, Sola Obanla appreciated the NUJ for the hand of fellowship and promised Viral FM.
